#0745 Type: Rock Bathed in the setting sun of evening, Lycanroc has undergone a special kind of evolution. An intense fighting spirit underlies its calmness.
Hey there Trainers! We just got word that Dusk Form Lycanroc is making it's debut in Pokemon Go! It's shiny will also be availabe. Here are the times:
January 6 at 10 AM Saturday till January 10 at 8 PM Wednesday local time
*Some things to note, it has been stated that only Rockruff encountered or hatched during this event have a CHANCE to evolve into the Dusk form. It could be a little more challenging to acquire than just evolving it during a specific time of the day
There will be a Timeless Travel Special Research that gives you an encounter with Rockruff at the start of the event for all trainers
Bonuses: -Increased frequency of your Pokemon bringing you souvenirs and gifts -Your buddy will spend more time on the map after being fed a berry or poffin -Rockruff hatched from Adventure Sync eggs MAY have a chance to evolve into Dusk form Lycanroc
In the Wild: All Pokemon can appear as shiny 🌟
**Morelull gives out 500 stardust per catch and 650 weather boosted. DO NOT wanna leaves those out in the wild
Recommend getting Gastly into Gengar as it's a good Raid attacker. For PvP, Teddiursa into Ursaluna is ok in the Master League. Eevee into Umbreon is good. If you want something a little spicy Spinark into Ariados is ok in the Great League *I'll go over in depth in a PvP review on these Pokemon tomorrow
Raids: All Pokemon can appear shiny
In addition to the Pokemon already hatching from 2 KM and 7 KM eggs, Rockruff will also be able to hatch from them and have a chance of being shiny
Field Research Task Encounters: The following will available: Hisuian Sneasel and Growlithe
along with Rockruff ** Hatch 3 eggs rewards Rockruff
That's it for now folks! If you are a hardcore player, this event might seem a little underwhelming. But if you still need that shiny Rockruff and other shinies appearing in the wild than there is no better time to hunt than during this event. And DEFINETELY recommend hunting those Morelulls for that extra stardust catch value! Until next time Trainers!
